The song "Midnight Cruiser" - an oft-mentioned fave from the first Steely album
and destined, it is hoped, to be one of the many highlights of the "Art Crimes
'96" set list. One problem, though - the tune as penned and recorded has only
two verses, whereas our to-die-from, it's-so-gorgeous new live arrangement
calls for a third verse. We were wondering - could anyone out there give us a
hand? write that third verse? Now that would be a solid, thanks! The best
entries will win their author(s) a couple of great seats at the Steely Dan show
of their choice this summer, as well as being posted here.
